Expect reboots and outages of most user-facing Linux login systems starting at 8pm on Wednesday, July 8th as we apply some patches. Unless we run into problems, the work should conclude by 9pm. Systems affected include:

• ada/babbage

• quizors

• ruby/rita

• linux lab systems (CS Penguin, CS Particle, FAB 55-17 Linux)

• other linux desktops

Windows systems and services should not be affected by this downtime.
