We will be updating the software on a core portion of our network infrastructure. The work will begin at 6pm on Friday, July 4th. The work should be completed by 8pm. During the work, expect many computers in MCECS (in buildings where we have network gear) to periodically lose connectivity. In FAB/EB, this includes computer labs (including the remote lab), office and research computers, and MCECS hosted systems in the data center. MCECS outposts we manage in other locations will also be affected.
